A quick tour of your dashboard — countdown, stats, planning phases, and everything you can do from the home screen.

Last updated February 21, 2026

Your dashboard is the home base for your entire wedding planning journey. Everything you need is organized in one place so you can track progress, jump into tasks, and stay on top of your plans.

Dashboard Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a hero section displaying your wedding countdown, both partners’ names, your wedding date, and location. This gives you a quick at-a-glance view of the big day.

Stats at a Glance

Below the hero section, you’ll find a row of four stat cards that summarize your wedding planning status:

  • Wallet Balance — how much you’ve collected through contributions and gifts
  • Invite Views — how many times your invitation has been viewed
  • Checklist Progress — percentage of your planning checklist completed
  • Guests Attending — number of guests who have confirmed their RSVP

These cards update in real time as guests interact with your wedding website.

Wedding Plan

The Wedding Plan section is where you’ll spend most of your time. It’s organized into planning phases that guide you through everything from early preparation to the big day.

Planning Phases

Each phase contains a set of goals and tasks relevant to that stage of your planning. Phases are displayed as a timeline so you can see what’s coming up next.

Goals Sidebar

On the right side, you’ll see a goals sidebar listing the specific tasks for your current phase. Check off goals as you complete them to track your progress.

Action Panel

Below the planning phases, the action panel surfaces helpful content:

  • Tips — practical wedding planning advice
  • Vendors — recommended vendors for your area
  • Blog Articles — inspiration and ideas from the Harusi Hub blog

Catch-Up Modal

If you’ve fallen behind on any tasks, Harusi Hub will show a catch-up modal when you visit your dashboard. This highlights overdue items so you can quickly get back on track. You can address them right away or dismiss the modal and come back later.

Post-Wedding Mode

After your wedding date passes, your dashboard switches to post-wedding mode. This view includes:

  • A thank you message you can customize and share with your guests
  • Access to your wedding album for collecting and curating photos
  • Photographer access tokens so your photographer can upload professional photos directly
