Accessing the RSVP editor
To customize your RSVP page, go to Dashboard > Website and click RSVP in the pages list on the left sidebar. This opens the RSVP page editor where you can control all RSVP-related settings for your wedding website.

Opening and closing RSVPs
At the top of the editor you will find the Accept RSVPs toggle. This is a master switch that controls whether guests can submit RSVP responses on your website.
- On — the RSVP form is live and guests can respond
- Off — the RSVP form is hidden from guests
This is useful if you want to set up your RSVP questions and event details before opening RSVPs, or if you need to temporarily pause responses.

Setting an RSVP deadline
Below the toggle, you can set an optional RSVP Deadline. Pick a date using the date picker, and after that date the RSVP button will be hidden automatically from your website.
This saves you from having to remember to manually close RSVPs. If you leave the deadline blank, RSVPs will stay open until you turn them off yourself.
Enabling public RSVP for individual events
The Public RSVP Settings section lists all your active events. For each event, you can toggle Allow Public RSVP on or off.
When public RSVP is enabled for an event, guests who are not already in your guest list can create an account and RSVP through your website. This is helpful if you want to allow plus-ones or guests you may not have added yet to respond on their own.
Each event card in this section shows:
- The event name
- The event date and time
- The event-level RSVP deadline (if one is set)

Event requirements for enabling RSVP
Before you can enable public RSVP for an event, the event must have the following details filled in:
- Date — the event must have a date set
- Venue or location — the event needs either a venue name and address, or it must use the wedding location (and the wedding must have a location set)
If an event is missing any of these, the toggle will be disabled and you will see a message listing what is missing. Click the Edit link next to the message to go directly to the Events page and fill in the required details.
Showing the RSVP page in navigation
In the sidebar settings for the RSVP page, you can toggle Show in Navigation to control whether the RSVP page appears in your wedding website’s navigation menu. This is managed from the page settings in the sidebar, just like any other page.
If you are still preparing your RSVP setup, you can hide the page from navigation until you are ready for guests to see it.
How RSVP connects to other features
The RSVP page works together with several other parts of your wedding dashboard:
- RSVP Questions — customize what you ask guests when they RSVP. See the Manage Your RSVP Questions guide for details.
- Guest List — RSVP responses are tied to your guest list. Manage guests and view their responses from Dashboard > Guests.
- Events — per-event RSVP settings depend on your events being properly configured. Manage events from Dashboard > Events.
Tips
- Set your RSVP deadline a few weeks before the wedding to give yourself time to finalize numbers with vendors.
- You can open RSVPs, close them for a period, and reopen them — the toggle is always available.
- If you only want invited guests to RSVP (no public sign-ups), leave all the Allow Public RSVP toggles off. Guests in your list will still be able to RSVP through their personalized links.
