Last updated February 21, 2026
Accessing the page
Open the website editor at Dashboard > Website and select Q + A from the page list in the sidebar. The preview on the left will navigate to your Q&A page so you can see changes as you make them.

Available content blocks
The Q&A page supports three block types. Tap the Add Block button at the bottom of the content list to insert one.
Q&A
The primary block for this page. Each Q&A block contains:
- Question — the question text your guests will see
- Answer — your response, displayed below the question
- Alignment — position the text to the left, center, or right
Use one Q&A block per question so guests can scan the page quickly.
Title & Body
A heading paired with optional body text. Use Title & Body blocks to group related questions under a topic heading such as “Travel & Accommodation” or “Dress Code.” Fields include:
- Title — the section heading
- Body — optional supporting text below the title
- Alignment — left, center, or right
Spacer
Adds vertical spacing between blocks. Choose from three sizes:
- Small — 5 px
- Medium — 10 px
- Large — 20 px
Spacers are useful for adding breathing room between sections without extra text.
Working with blocks
Each block in the content list has a set of actions:
- Add — tap Add Block to insert a new block at the end of the list
- Edit — click a block to open it. The Content tab holds the block’s text fields, while the Settings tab offers alignment and other options
- Reorder — drag blocks up or down to rearrange them
- Duplicate — copy an existing block to quickly create a similar one
- Delete — remove a block you no longer need
Changes are saved when you confirm an edit, and the preview refreshes automatically.
Structuring your Q&A page
A well-organized Q&A page groups questions by topic so guests can find answers fast. A recommended layout:
- Add a Title & Body block with the section heading (e.g., “Ceremony & Reception”).
- Add Q&A blocks for each question in that section.
- Optionally add a Spacer block before the next section heading.
- Repeat for each topic.
This pattern gives the page clear visual sections without overwhelming guests with a single long list.

Tips
- Start with the most-asked questions — dress code, parking, and plus-one policies are almost always the first things guests look for.
- Keep answers short — one or two sentences per answer is enough. Link to external resources (maps, hotel booking pages) instead of writing lengthy directions.
- Use Title & Body blocks as dividers — grouping questions under clear headings makes the page easier to scan than a flat list.
- Update as plans finalize — add or edit Q&A blocks as you confirm details like shuttle schedules or accommodation blocks.
- Check both views — toggle between desktop and mobile preview in the editor to make sure the page reads well on all screen sizes.
