Getting to your photos
To manage your wedding website photos, go to Dashboard > Photos. This is your central hub for uploading, reviewing, and curating the photos displayed on your wedding website.
Share your journey as a couple by uploading photos from your engagement, dates, hangouts, family introductions, parents meeting, and other special moments leading up to the big day. These photos help tell your story and give guests a personal look into your relationship.
Uploading photos
You can upload photos by dragging and dropping files onto the upload area, or by clicking the dropzone to browse your device.
Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. During upload, you’ll see a progress indicator for each file showing its individual status.
If you try to upload a photo that already exists, the system will detect the duplicate automatically using a SHA-256 hash and skip it. This prevents accidental duplicates even if the file has been renamed.
Photo statistics
At the top of the page, a statistics dashboard gives you a quick overview of your photo library:
- Total — all uploaded photos
- New — recently uploaded, not yet reviewed
- Approved — reviewed and approved for display
- Featured — highlighted photos (maximum of 10)
Filtering photos by status
Use the status filters above the photo grid to view photos by their current state:
- All — every photo in your library
- New — unreviewed uploads
- Approved — photos you’ve approved
- Featured — your top selections
- Hidden — photos you’ve chosen to hide from your website
Managing individual photos
Click on any photo to access individual actions. You can approve, feature, hide, or delete a single photo from its detail view.
Bulk actions
To manage multiple photos at once, select photos by clicking them (or use Select All to grab every photo in the current view). A bulk action toolbar appears with the following options:
- Approve — mark selected photos as approved
- Feature — add to your featured collection (up to 10 featured photos total)
- Hide — remove selected photos from public view without deleting them
- Delete — permanently remove selected photos
Browsing large libraries
The photo grid uses infinite scroll — as you scroll down, more photos load automatically. There’s no need to click through pages.
